We deliver across Ghana! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your doorstep.
1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

Delivery Payment
Delivery fees are paid directly to our delivery partner upon delivery. The delivery rider will collect the shipping fee when your order arrives.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation with your order reference once payment is verified
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using your order reference number on our website. Simply enter your reference in the order tracking section on the homepage.
4. Delivery Details
- Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM on business days
- Our delivery partner will contact you on the phone number provided before delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
- If delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt delivery the next business day
5. What to Do When You Receive Your Order
- Inspect the package upon delivery for any visible damage
- Verify that all items in your order are present
- If there are any issues, contact us within 48 hours with photos
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails after two attempts, your order will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
7. Important Notes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information
- P.O. Box addresses are not supported — a physical address is required
